AIData.Broker vs Rippling
Two business services affiliate programs, compared side by side on what a referral is worth, how each pays, the cookie window, and how to get approved. Every figure is verified to its source.
Two different kinds of payout
AIData.Broker pays recurring (4% of each sale, falling to 2% on the largest sales (one third of AIData.Broker's fee), for 12 months from the introduction), so it keeps earning for as long as the referred customer stays, while Rippling pays once per conversion ($600 at SQO + $1,000 at Closed Won ($1,600 per new customer)). On a single paid referral the modelled value is ~$700 for Rippling and ~$1000 for AIData.Broker, but those are not comparable head-to-head: AIData.Broker compounds across renewals and Rippling is banked immediately. Pick AIData.Broker if your audience converts into lasting subscriptions, Rippling if you want the larger up-front payout.

|---|---|---|
| Value / referral | $1,000recurring modelled | $700 modelled |
| Payout shape | Recurring Paid out of the broker's fee: AIData.Broker charges the company that sells its data 12% of the first $250,000 of a sale, 10% up to $1 million, 8% up to $3 million and 6% above, and you earn one third of that fee on each of the introduced company's sales that close within 12 months of the day you register the introduction: $4,000 on a $100,000 sale, $4,800 on $120,000 and $35,000 on $1,000,000. A link for your clients in general names no one, and each company that describes its data through it counts for 12 months from that day. The share is paid out of the fee after AIData.Broker is paid, and the company pays nothing more for being introduced. | One-time Milestone CPA per referred business: paid at qualified-opportunity and again when the deal closes. |

| Requirements to join | Open to anyone a company with data to sell already trusts (friends, investors, accountants, IT providers, lawyers and advisers), for companies based in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. A company's own director cannot be its introducer, and an employee, officer or adviser of the company is paid a share only if the company agrees in writing. You register one company, or a link for your clients that names no one, in about two minutes, and AIData.Broker approaches a company directly only if you say it agreed. An adviser that must keep its clients' affairs confidential, such as a law firm or a firm that prepares tax returns, names no client: it tells its clients about AIData.Broker only in ways its own rules allow, and a client that wants a valuation goes to AIData.Broker itself and says who referred it. You only introduce: you do not offer, describe or price data for the company or handle its data, and you reach companies only lawfully, with no bulk or unsolicited email, calls or messages. AIData.Broker may decline an introduction, which then earns nothing, and screens introducers against sanctions lists before paying. An adviser whose rules allow a referral fee only with the client's consent gets that consent first, and the company is told in writing who introduced it and what share that introducer receives. | Apply via PartnerStack; approval required; paid on the 16th of the following month via PayPal or Stripe. |

Value per referral is a modelled estimate reasoned from each program's published terms, not a guaranteed payout. A recurring cut and a one-time bounty are different kinds of money, so the payout shape is shown for each. How we verify & model value.
